The Call Activity page is where you see every call your AI assistant has handled. Whether it was an inbound call from a customer, an outbound call to a contact, or a web call from a widget on your website — it all shows up here. To open Call Activity, click Call Activity in the sidebar under the Workspace section.

Page Layout

At the top of the page, you’ll see:
  • The heading Call Activity with the subtitle “View your call history and analytics”
  • A search bar and filter controls
  • An Export CSV button
Below that is the call log itself, displayed as a table on desktop or a list of cards on mobile.

Table Columns (Desktop)

On a desktop or laptop screen, calls are displayed in a table with the following columns:
ColumnWhat It Shows
CheckboxSelect individual calls (or select all with the header checkbox)
Caller NameThe contact’s name if known, or “Web Caller” for web calls without a linked contact. Shows a dash for unknown callers.
Phone NumberThe caller’s phone number in formatted display. Web calls without a linked contact show a dash.
TypeA color-coded badge: Inbound (blue), Outbound (green), Web (purple), or WebSocket (purple)
AssistantThe name of the AI assistant that handled the call. Shows “Assistant Deleted” in italics if the assistant has since been removed.
Start TimeWhen the call began, shown as a date and time (e.g., “Feb 10, 2:30 PM”)
DurationHow long the call lasted, in minutes and seconds (e.g., “3m 24s”). Shows a dash if no duration was recorded.
PlayA play/pause button to quickly listen to the recording directly from the table. Only appears when a recording is available.
Click any row in the table to open the full call details in a side panel.

Mobile Card View

On smaller screens, each call is shown as a compact card instead of a table row. Each card displays:
  • Caller name at the top (or “Unknown Caller” if not identified)
  • Phone number with a phone icon
  • Assistant name with a bot icon
  • Start time with a clock icon
  • Duration with a timer icon
  • A call type badge (Inbound, Outbound, Web) at the bottom
  • A Play button if a recording is available
Tap the card to open the call details, or use the three-dot menu to select View Details.

Call Type Badges

Every call has a type badge that tells you how it originated:
  • Inbound — A customer or lead called your VozAgent phone number
  • Outbound — Your assistant placed an outbound call to a contact
  • Web — The call came through a web widget embedded on your website
  • WebSocket — A real-time connection call (typically used for testing or integrations)

Pagination

Call Activity supports pagination at the bottom of the table. You can:
  • Navigate between pages using the page controls
  • Change how many rows appear per page (the default is 10)
  • See the total number of calls matching your current filters
The page resets to page 1 whenever you change a filter or adjust the page size.

Real-Time Updates

The call log updates automatically when new calls come in. You do not need to refresh the page. As your assistant handles a new call, it will appear in the list within moments of the call ending.

Empty State

If you haven’t received any calls yet, you’ll see a message:
No Calls Yet — Call activity will appear here once your AI assistants start handling calls. Set up your first assistant and phone number to get started.
Once your first call comes through, the table will appear automatically.
