The VozAgent dashboard is your analytics home base. It gives you a clear picture of how your AI assistant is performing — how many calls it’s handling, how many appointments it’s booking, and what kinds of callers are reaching out.

Time Range Selector

At the top right of the dashboard, you’ll see a dropdown to control the date range for all metrics:
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days (default)
  • Last 90 days
  • This year
Changing the time range updates every metric and chart on the page.

Metric Cards

The left side of the dashboard shows your key performance metrics. Each card displays a headline number, a short description, and (where applicable) a breakdown of the numbers.

Total Calls Handled

The big one. This shows the total number of calls your AI assistant answered during the selected time period. The breakdown shows:
  • Business hours — Calls during your configured work schedule
  • After hours — Calls outside business hours
  • Weekends — Calls on Saturday and Sunday
This metric represents every call that was answered automatically for your business — calls you didn’t have to pick up yourself.

New Contacts Added

How many first-time callers your assistant captured and saved as new contacts. The breakdown compares:
  • New this period — Callers who had never called before
  • Returning callers — People already in your contacts who called again
This helps you understand how much new business is coming in versus repeat customers.

Appointments Booked

The number of appointments your assistant booked directly during calls. If you’ve just started and don’t have many calls yet, you may see a “Still learning” badge instead of a number — this is normal and will populate as your assistant handles more conversations.

Hours Saved

An estimate of how much time VozAgent saved you by handling calls automatically. This is calculated based on the number of calls handled and an average call duration of about 2 minutes per call. Think of this as time you spent focused on actual work instead of answering the phone.

Insight Panels

The right side of the dashboard shows two insight panels that break down your calls by category. Each category shows a percentage bar so you can see the distribution at a glance.

Who’s Calling

A breakdown of your callers by type:
  • New Leads
  • Existing Customers
  • Vendors
  • Partners
  • Employees
  • Recruiters
  • Spam Calls
  • Unknown
These categories are determined by AI analysis of each call conversation — VozAgent listens to the context and classifies each caller automatically.

Why They’re Calling

A breakdown of call reasons and intent:
  • General Inquiry
  • Support
  • Booking / Scheduling
  • Complaint
  • Follow Up
  • Cancellation
  • Pricing / Quote
  • Emergency
  • Feedback
  • Other
Like the caller types, these are classified by AI based on what was actually discussed during each call.
Note: Both insight panels show placeholder categories with no data when you first start. As your assistant handles more calls, the bars will fill in with real percentages. The footer of each panel notes: “Based on AI analysis of each call conversation.”

Onboarding Wizard

If you’re new to VozAgent and haven’t completed your initial setup, the dashboard will show a full-screen onboarding wizard instead of the analytics view. This wizard walks you through setting up your business profile, creating your first assistant, and getting a phone number. Once onboarding is complete, you’ll see the analytics dashboard going forward. If you dismissed the onboarding wizard but want to come back to it, a banner at the top of the dashboard lets you resume where you left off. The sidebar on the left is your main way to navigate VozAgent. It’s organized into sections:
  • Workspace — Dashboard, Assistants, Contacts, Call Activity, Calendar, Inbox, Campaigns
  • Resources — Knowledge Sources, Widgets
  • Admin — Integrations, Phone System, Users, Settings
The sidebar can be collapsed to icon-only mode by clicking the toggle button in the top bar, or using the keyboard shortcut Cmd+B (Mac) / Ctrl+B (Windows). Your profile and account menu are at the bottom of the sidebar, where you can access billing, account settings, theme toggle (dark/light mode), and sign out.
