Contact Support
If you need direct help from our team, you can reach us through email: Email: support@vozagent.ai When you contact support, please include the following information to help us investigate quickly:- Your account email — The email address you use to log in to VozAgent
- Description of the issue — What happened, what you expected to happen, and any error messages you saw
- Steps to reproduce — What were you doing when the issue occurred? Can you make it happen again?
- Relevant details — Which assistant, phone number, or call is affected? Include specific dates and times if applicable.
Tip: If the issue involves a specific call, go to Call Activity, find the call, and note the Call ID from the call detail view. Sharing the Call ID helps our team locate the exact call record and investigate faster.
Reporting a Bug
Found something that doesn’t look right? We appreciate bug reports — they help us improve VozAgent for everyone. When reporting a bug, include:- What happened — Describe the unexpected behavior
- What you expected — What should have happened instead
- Browser and device — Which browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and device (desktop, tablet, phone) you were using
- Screenshots — If the issue is visual, a screenshot helps enormously. You can take a screenshot and attach it to your email.
- Call ID — If the bug is related to a specific call, include the Call ID
Before You Contact Support
A few quick checks that might resolve your issue without waiting for a response:- Refresh the page. Some display issues resolve with a simple page refresh.
- Clear your browser cache. Outdated cached data can cause unexpected behavior. Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
- Try a different browser. If the issue is browser-specific, this helps us narrow it down.
- Check your internet connection. VozAgent requires a stable internet connection for the dashboard. The AI phone assistant itself operates independently, so calls are not affected by your internet.
- Review the help articles. Many common issues are already documented with step-by-step solutions in Common Issues and Solutions.
Account and Billing Questions
For questions about your subscription, billing, or account access:- Subscription management — Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard to view your plan, update payment methods, or change your subscription
- Billing issues — Email support@vozagent.ai with “Billing” in the subject line
- Account access — If you can’t log in, try the password reset link on the sign-in page. If that doesn’t work, email support with the email address associated with your account.

- Why it matters — How would this help your business?
