Your Data Overview
The Your Data Overview card shows a summary of all data stored in your account, organized by category. Each category displays a count so you know exactly what’s in your account at a glance:| Category | What It Includes |

Exporting Your Data
The Export Your Data card lets you download a complete copy of all your VozAgent data in JSON format. This export is GDPR compliant and can be used for your own records, auditing, or migrating data.What’s Included

- Call logs (without full transcripts, for privacy)
- Knowledge bases

How to Export
- Click the Download My Data button.
- VozAgent will compile your data and generate a JSON file.
- The file downloads automatically to your computer.

Data Protection
The Data Protection card explains the security measures VozAgent uses to keep your data safe:Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. This means your data is protected both when it’s stored on our servers and when it’s being transmitted between your browser and VozAgent.Isolation
Your organization’s data is completely isolated from other organizations using row-level security. No other VozAgent customer can access your data, and your data is never shared across accounts.Retention
VozAgent retains your data only as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.PII Redaction
Personal information in system logs is automatically redacted to protect caller privacy. This means sensitive details like phone numbers and names are masked in internal logs, reducing the risk of exposure.Account Information
The Account Information card shows read-only details about your account:- Account ID — Your unique user identifier.
- Email — The email address associated with your account.
- Organization ID — Your organization’s unique identifier.
- Account Created — The date your account was created.
Account Deletion
If you need to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from the Account & Business Profile page. Look for the Delete Account card at the bottom of the Account tab (visible to Admin and Founder users only). Account deletion is a two-step process:- You submit a deletion request, which schedules the deletion for a future date.
- During the waiting period, you can cancel the deletion at any time from the Security tab.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you’re located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:- Right to access — You can view all your data in the Privacy & Data tab and export it at any time.
- Right to rectification — You can update your personal information in your profile settings.
- Right to erasure — You can request account deletion to permanently remove all your data.
- Right to data portability — The JSON export feature lets you download your data in a standard, machine-readable format.
