The Activity Log tab in Settings shows a chronological record of everything that happens within your VozAgent organization. Every login, assistant creation, contact update, data export, and other significant action is logged here, giving you a clear audit trail of who did what and when. To view the activity log, go to Settings in the sidebar and click the Activity Log tab.

Reading the Activity Log

Each entry in the log shows:
  • Action icon — A visual indicator of the action type (e.g., a bot icon for assistant actions, a phone icon for phone numbers).
  • Action name — What happened, formatted in plain language (e.g., “Assistant Create,” “Contact Update,” “Login”).
  • Resource type — The type of resource involved, if applicable.
  • User — Who performed the action. Your own actions are marked with “(you).”
  • IP Address — The IP address from which the action was performed, displayed in monospace text.
  • Category — A badge showing the action category (create, update, delete, login, etc.).
  • Date — When the action occurred, shown as relative time (e.g., “2 hours ago,” “3 days ago”).
On mobile devices, the log displays as compact cards with the same information in a stacked layout.

Viewing Action Details

Click on any log entry to expand it and see additional details. The expanded view shows:
  • Full timestamp — The exact date and time (e.g., “Feb 10, 2026 at 3:45:22 PM”).
  • IP address — Repeated for quick reference.
  • Resource ID — The unique identifier of the affected resource (first 8 characters shown).
  • Details in JSON format — The raw details of the action, which can be useful for troubleshooting or when working with VozAgent support.

Data Retention

Activity logs are retained for 90 days. Entries older than 90 days are automatically removed. This includes all action types — logins, resource changes, exports, and more. The log displays up to 100 recent entries at a time, covering your organization’s activity from the last 30 days in the default view.

Visibility by Role

What you see in the activity log depends on your role:
  • Founders and Admins see all organization-wide activity, including actions by other team members.
  • Standard Users see activity scoped to their own actions.
This means admins have full visibility into what’s happening across the organization, while standard users see only their own login history and actions.

Security Monitoring

The activity log is an important tool for keeping your account safe. Here are some things to watch for:
  • Unexpected logins — If you see login events from unfamiliar IP addresses or at unusual times, someone may have access to your credentials.
  • Unauthorized changes — Deletions or modifications you didn’t make could indicate a compromised account.
  • Multiple failed actions — Repeated failed attempts may suggest someone is testing access.
If you notice any suspicious activity, take these steps immediately:
  1. Change your password from the Security tab.
  2. Enable two-factor authentication if it isn’t already on.
  3. Contact VozAgent support for assistance.

Security Information

A separate Security Information card below the activity log provides a summary reminder:
  • Activity logs are retained for 90 days and include important actions like logins, data exports, and resource modifications.
  • If you notice suspicious activity, contact support immediately or change your password.
