Your Settings page in VozAgent is where you manage everything about your personal profile and your business. When your AI assistants handle calls, they pull information directly from these settings — so keeping them up to date means better conversations with your callers. To get to your settings, click Settings in the sidebar under the Admin section.

Personal Profile

The Personal Profile card at the top of the Account tab contains your own contact information. This is separate from your business details. Here you can update:
  • Profile photo — Upload an avatar that appears throughout the dashboard.
  • First Name and Last Name — Your name as it appears to other team members.
  • Email Address — Displayed but not editable here. To change your email, go to the Security tab.
  • Phone — Your personal phone number (not your business line).
After making changes, click Save to update your profile.

Business Information

The Business Information card is where you set up the core details about your company. This information is used by your AI assistants during calls, so accuracy matters. Important: Only users with the Admin or Founder role can edit business settings. If you’re a standard user, you’ll see a note that says “Business settings are managed by your organization admin.” The fields available are:
  • Company/Organization name (required) — Your business name as you’d like it spoken by your AI assistant.
  • Website URL — Your business website domain (e.g., yourcompany.com).
  • Business Phone Number — Your main business line for customer calls.
  • Business Email — Your main email for customer inquiries and quotes.
  • Street Address 1 and 2 — Your business address, including suite or unit number if applicable.
  • City, Country (required), State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code — Your full business location.
  • Time zone (required) — Used for scheduling. Options include Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, and several international zones.
  • Industry — Select the industry that best describes your business from the dropdown list.
When you save your business profile, VozAgent automatically syncs the updated information to all your active AI assistants. You’ll see a confirmation message: “Business profile updated and synced to your assistants.”

Services Offered

The Services Offered card lets you add the services your business provides. Your AI assistant uses this list to accurately discuss what you do with callers. To add a service:
  1. Click the Add Service button (or Add Your First Service if you haven’t added any yet).
  2. A panel will open where you can enter the service details.
  3. Fill in the service information and save.
Your services are displayed in a table on desktop (or as cards on mobile), and you can click any service to view or edit its details.

Appointment Booking Settings

The Appointment Booking card configures the default duration and buffer time that your AI assistants use when scheduling appointments on your calendar.
  • Appointment Duration — How long each appointment lasts. Choose from preset options (15 minutes to 4 hours) or enter a custom value in minutes.
  • Buffer Time — The gap between appointments to account for travel, cleanup, or prep time between jobs. Can be set from “None” up to 4 hours, or a custom value.
When you save changes here, VozAgent automatically syncs the updated booking settings to all assistants that have appointment booking enabled.

Team Directory

The Team Directory card is your internal company directory used for call transfers. This is different from the Users page — the team directory is about people your AI assistant can transfer calls to, not about who can log into VozAgent. Each directory entry includes:
  • Name — The team member’s first and last name.
  • Position — Their role or title within the company.
  • Email — Their email address.
  • Phone — Their phone number for call transfers.
  • Transfer availability — Whether the member is available to receive transferred calls. Members with transfer enabled show a “Transfers” badge.
  • Owner — Whether the member is marked as the business owner (shown with an “Owner” badge).
To add a team member to the directory, click Add Team Member and fill in their details. To edit or remove a member, use the edit and delete buttons in the Actions column. When you remove a team member who was available for call transfers, all assistants are automatically updated.

Social Networks

The Social Networks card lets you add links to your business’s social media profiles. These can be referenced by your AI assistant and may appear on widgets or public-facing features. Supported platforms include:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Twitter/X
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Yelp
  • Google Business Profile
Enter the full URL for each platform you use and click Save to update.

Organization Details

The Organization Details card shows read-only information about your VozAgent workspace:
  • Organization Name — The name of your organization as registered in VozAgent.
  • Organization ID — A unique identifier for your workspace. You can copy this to your clipboard using the copy button. Use this ID when contacting VozAgent support for troubleshooting.

Delete Account

At the bottom of the Account tab, Admin and Founder users will see a Delete Account card. This links to a separate account deletion page where you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. If a deletion has been scheduled, you can cancel it from the Security tab before the scheduled date.
