The Services Offered card in your Account settings lets you define the services your business provides. Your AI assistant uses this list during calls to accurately describe what you do, answer questions about specific services, and qualify leads based on what they’re looking for. To manage your services, go to Settings in the sidebar, then scroll to the Services Offered card on the Account tab.

Why Services Matter

When a caller asks “What kind of work do you do?” or “Do you handle kitchen remodels?”, your AI assistant pulls directly from this list. The more complete and detailed your services are, the better your assistant can:
  • Answer questions about what you offer
  • Match callers to the right service
  • Provide pricing guidance when available
  • Qualify whether a caller’s needs are a good fit for your business

Adding a Service

To add a new service:
  1. Click the Add Service button (or Add Your First Service if you haven’t added any yet).
  2. A panel will open on the right side of the screen.
  3. Fill in the service details (described below).
  4. Click Add Service to save.
The panel includes the following fields:

Service Name (required)

The name of the service as you’d like it presented to customers. For example:
  • “Paver Patio Installation”
  • “Full Kitchen Remodel”
  • “Annual HVAC Maintenance”

Description

A detailed description of what the service includes. This is what your AI assistant draws from when answering caller questions, so be specific. Include benefits, what’s involved, and any relevant details a caller might ask about. Tip: Click the Enhance with AI button to let VozAgent automatically improve your description. Just enter a service name first, and the AI will generate a polished, detailed description for you. You can edit the result before saving.

Price and Pricing Type

Optionally, add pricing information so your assistant can reference it during calls. You can set:
  • Price — A dollar amount (e.g., $150.00)
  • Pricing Type — How the price is structured:
    • Per Hour
    • Per Service
    • Per Project
    • Per Sq. Ft.
    • Custom
If you’d rather not share pricing over the phone, you can leave these fields empty. Your assistant will let callers know they can get a quote.

Active Service Toggle

The Active Service toggle controls whether your AI assistant mentions this service. When turned off, the service stays in your list but won’t be referenced during calls. This is useful for seasonal services or offerings you’ve temporarily paused.

Viewing and Editing Services

Your services are displayed in a table on desktop (showing service name and details) or as cards on mobile devices. Click any service to open its detail panel, where you can:
  • Update the name, description, pricing, or status
  • Use the Enhance with AI button to improve the description
  • View when the service was created and last updated
  • Delete the service if it’s no longer offered
After making changes, click Save Changes to update.

Deleting a Service

To remove a service:
  1. Click on the service to open its detail panel.
  2. Click the Delete Service button at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Deleting a service is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your AI assistant will no longer reference it during calls.

Tips for Setting Up Services

  • Be specific with names — “Kitchen Remodel” is better than “Remodeling.” Specific names help your assistant match caller requests accurately.
  • Write detailed descriptions — Include what’s involved, typical scope, and any common questions. Think about what a caller would want to know before booking.
  • Use the AI enhancement — The Enhance with AI feature is a quick way to create professional descriptions, especially if writing isn’t your strong suit.
  • Mark inactive services instead of deleting — If a service is seasonal or temporarily unavailable, toggle it to inactive. You can reactivate it later without re-entering all the details.
  • Keep pricing up to date — If you include pricing, review it regularly. Outdated pricing can create confusion with callers.
