VozAgent integrates with the tools you already use so your AI assistant can sync contacts, book appointments, log calls, and trigger automations — all without manual work. The Integrations page is your central hub for connecting third-party services, setting up webhooks, and managing API keys.

Getting to Integrations

Navigate to Integrations in the left sidebar under the Admin section. The Integrations page has three tabs:
  • Third Parties — Connect to CRM platforms, calendar apps, and automation tools
  • Webhooks — Create incoming webhook URLs to receive contact data from external platforms
  • API Keys — Generate and manage API keys for programmatic access

Third-Party Integrations

The Third Parties tab displays all available integrations as cards in a grid. Each card shows the integration name, a brief description, and its connection status. Integrations that are connected display a toggle switch in the on position. Integrations that are not yet available are dimmed and show a “Coming soon” badge.

Webhooks

The Webhooks tab lets you create incoming webhook URLs that external platforms can send contact data to. This is useful for connecting platforms like WordPress forms, Zapier, or Make to your VozAgent contact list without a native integration. Each webhook has a name, a unique URL, an active/inactive status, and a timestamp showing when it was last used. For full details, see Creating and Managing Webhooks.

API Keys

The API Keys tab is where you generate and manage API keys for authenticating with the VozAgent API. API keys are used by integrations like Zapier and by any custom applications you build. Each key has a name, an optional description, a masked preview (showing only the last few characters), and a creation date. For full details, see API Key Management.

How Integration Cards Work

Each integration card on the Third Parties tab works the same way:
  • Click the card to open the integration’s setup page or connection dialog
  • Toggle switch shows whether the integration is currently connected (green) or disconnected
  • Coming soon badge means the integration is planned but not yet available — these cards are not clickable
  • Infrastructure integrations (like ElevenLabs and Twilio) are used internally by VozAgent and do not require any user setup

Tips for Getting Started

  • Start with your CRM — If you use HubSpot or GoHighLevel, connecting your CRM is the highest-impact integration. Your assistant will automatically sync contacts and log call activity.
  • Add a calendar — Connect Google Calendar, Cal.com, or Calendly so your assistant can book appointments during calls.
  • Set up webhooks for web forms — If you have lead forms on your website, create a webhook to automatically push those leads into VozAgent.
  • Generate an API key for Zapier — If you use Zapier, you’ll need an API key. Create one before setting up your first Zap.
