Active Users and Plan Limits
At the top of the page, the Active Users card shows your current plan usage. It displays a badge showing how many active users you have compared to your plan’s maximum. Each plan has a different user limit:| Plan | Max Users |

Viewing Team Members
The Team Members card shows a table of everyone in your organization, including:- Name — The team member’s full name with their avatar. A “You” badge appears next to your own name.
- Email — Their email address.
- Status — One of three states:
- Active (green) — The user can log in and use VozAgent.
- Pending (amber) — The invitation has been sent but not yet accepted.
- Deactivated (gray) — The user’s access has been revoked.
- Joined — The date the user joined your organization (or a dash for pending invitations).
- Role — Shown as a label next to their name:
- Founder (amber) — Full access to every feature and setting.
- Admin (blue) — Can manage team members, settings, and billing.
- User — Standard access to the platform without administrative capabilities.
Inviting a New Team Member
Only Admins and Founders can invite new team members. Here’s how:- Click the Add User button at the top right of the Team Members card. (This button is disabled if you’ve reached your plan’s user limit.)
- A slide-out panel titled Add Team Member will appear.
- Fill in the required fields:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address — The invitation will be sent to this address.
- Role — Choose from the role dropdown:
- User — Standard access to the platform.
- Administrator — Can manage team members and settings.
- Click Send Invitation.
Managing Pending Invitations
For team members with a Pending status, you have several options available from the actions menu (the three-dot icon):- Edit Invitation — Update the invitation details (name, email) before the recipient accepts.
- Resend Invitation — Send the invitation email again in case it was missed or went to spam.
- Cancel Invitation — Revoke the invitation entirely, freeing up the user slot.
Changing a User’s Role
To change an active user’s role:- Click the three-dot menu icon in the Actions column next to the user.
- Select either Make Admin (to promote a standard user) or Change to User (to demote an admin).
- You cannot change your own role.
- You cannot demote the last remaining admin — there must always be at least one admin in the organization.
- Founders cannot be demoted by admins.
Deactivating and Reactivating Users
Deactivating a User
If a team member leaves or no longer needs access:- Click the three-dot menu icon next to the user’s name.
- Select Deactivate Account.
Reactivating a User
To restore a deactivated user’s access:- Click the three-dot menu icon next to the deactivated user.
- Select Reactivate Account.
