Overview

Zapier enables you to automate workflows between VozAgent and thousands of other apps without writing code. Create “Zaps” that trigger actions when events happen in VozAgent.

Available Triggers

Start a Zap when these events occur in VozAgent:
  • Contact Created — When a new contact is saved from a call
  • Contact Updated — When contact information is modified
  • Call Started — When a new call begins
  • Call Completed — When a call ends, includes transcript and summary

Available Actions

Perform these actions in VozAgent from a Zap:
  • Create Contact — Add a new contact to VozAgent
  • Update Contact — Modify an existing contact’s information
  • Trigger Outbound Call — Initiate an outbound call to a contact

Setting Up

To connect VozAgent with Zapier:
  1. Get your API key from Settings > API Keys in VozAgent
  2. Search for “VozAgent” in Zapier’s app directory
  3. Connect your VozAgent account using your API key
  4. Create your Zap with VozAgent triggers and actions
