Overview
Cal.com is an open-source scheduling platform that makes it easy to manage appointments. VozAgent integrates with Cal.com so your voice assistant can check availability and book appointments during calls.Setting Up
To connect Cal.com:- Go to Settings > Integrations in VozAgent
- Click Connect on the Cal.com card
- Enter your Cal.com API Key
- Select the event type to use for bookings
Finding your API Key: In Cal.com, go to Settings > Developer > API Keys to create an API key.
How Booking Works
When Cal.com is connected and booking is enabled for your assistant:- Assistant asks if the caller wants to schedule an appointment
- Checks your Cal.com availability for the requested date/time
- Offers available slots to the caller
- Books the appointment when caller confirms
- Confirmation emails sent via Cal.com
