VozAgent integrates deeply with GoHighLevel (GHL) to provide bidirectional contact synchronization and calendar booking. Contacts captured during calls automatically sync to your GHL location, and your assistant can book appointments directly into your GHL calendar.Features
Bidirectional Contact Sync
Contacts created in VozAgent automatically sync to GHL, and contacts from GHL can be imported into VozAgent.Calendar Integration

Tags added in VozAgent sync to GHL, and tags deleted in GHL sync back to VozAgent.Setting Up
To connect GoHighLevel:- Go to Settings > Integrations in VozAgent
- Click Connect on the GoHighLevel card
- Enter your GHL API Key and Location ID
- Select your calendar (optional, for booking)
- Enable auto-sync for contacts (optional)
Finding your API Key: In GHL, go to Settings > Business Info > API to get your Location API Key.
Contact Sync
When auto-sync is enabled:- New contacts from calls automatically push to GHL
- Contact updates sync bidirectionally
- VozAgent contacts are tagged with “vozagent” in GHL
- Manual refresh imports GHL contacts into VozAgent
Calendar Booking
When a calendar is selected during setup, your assistant can:- Check available time slots in your GHL calendar
- Book appointments with callers during conversations
- Reschedule existing appointments
