Overview

Assistants are AI-powered voice agents that handle phone conversations on your behalf. Each assistant is configured with a specific personality, knowledge, and set of tools to accomplish tasks during calls. When a call comes in (or you trigger an outbound call), the assistant takes over the conversation, following your configured system prompt and using available tools to complete tasks like booking appointments or saving contact information.

Assistant Types

VozAgent offers three types of assistants, each optimized for different use cases:

Inbound Call Agent

Optimized for answering incoming calls. Qualifies leads, answers questions, collects information, and books appointments. Learn more

Configuration

Each assistant can be configured with:
  • Voice: Choose from multiple natural-sounding voices
  • Greeting: The first message the assistant says when answering
  • Tone & Style: Friendly, professional, calm, confident, etc.
  • Booking Behavior: Whether to book appointments and how
  • Transfer Behavior: When and how to transfer calls
  • Knowledge Bases: Business information the assistant can reference
  • Tools: Actions the assistant can take during calls

Voices

VozAgent provides access to high-quality, natural-sounding voices. During assistant creation, you can preview and select from available voices to find the perfect match for your brand. Voice characteristics include:
  • Gender (male, female)
  • Accent (American, British, etc.)
