# Billing & Subscription

> Learn about VozAgent subscription plans, pricing, call credits, top-ups, and how to manage your billing.

The **Plans & credits** page is where you manage your VozAgent subscription, monitor your call usage, and purchase additional call credits. Only users with the Admin or Founder role can make billing changes -- standard users will see a note directing them to contact their organization admin.

To access this page, go to **Settings** in the sidebar, then click **Plans & credits** (or navigate to it from the settings billing link).

## Your Current Plan

At the top of the page, the **Current Plan** card shows:

* **Your plan name** -- Which plan you're currently subscribed to (e.g., "You're on Growth Plan").
* **Renewal date** -- When your subscription will automatically renew.
* **Manage button** -- Opens a dialog where you can manage your subscription details, such as canceling or modifying your plan.

## Calls Remaining

Next to the current plan card, the **Calls remaining** card gives you a real-time view of your call usage:

* **Progress bar** -- A visual indicator showing how many calls you have left relative to your total.
* **Calls count** -- Displayed as "X of Y" (e.g., "42 of 150").
* **Reset date** -- When your included calls reset for the next billing period.
* **Top-up calls** -- If you've purchased additional calls, they're shown separately. Top-up calls never expire -- they carry over until used.

Click **Top up calls** to purchase additional call credits. A dialog will open where you can select the number of calls to add and complete the purchase.

## Subscription Plans

VozAgent offers four plans to fit businesses of every size. The plan comparison cards are displayed below your current plan information.

### Essential -- \$95/month

Perfect for trying out VozAgent. Includes:

* 50 inbound AI-handled calls per month
* 1 user
* 1 AI assistant
* 1 business phone number included
* AI-powered inbound call answering
* Lead qualification & call routing
* Appointment booking
* Calendar & external calendar sync
* Business knowledge base (FAQs & services)
* Call transcripts & AI call summaries
* Call analytics & insights
* Unlimited web-based test calls (dashboard)
* Live call transfer with custom routing rules
* Email support

### Growth -- \$270/month (Most Popular)

For growing businesses. Includes everything in Essential, plus:

* 150 inbound & outbound AI calls per month
* Up to 3 users
* Up to 10 AI assistants
* 3 business phone numbers included
* AI-powered inbound & outbound calling
* Website chat widget (text-based AI)
* Website voice widget (browser-based calls)
* Priority email support

### Advanced -- \$800/month

For scaling teams and agencies. Includes everything in Growth, plus:

* 500 inbound & outbound AI calls per month
* Up to 10 users
* Unlimited AI assistants
* 10 business phone numbers
* Email + Live chat priority support

### Enterprise -- Custom Pricing

Built for large organizations needing flexibility, scale, and governance. Includes everything in Advanced, plus:

* Custom call volume
* Unlimited users
* Unlimited business phone numbers
* Custom voice clone (use your own voice)
* Dedicated account manager
* Custom API integrations

## Annual vs. Monthly Billing

Each plan card includes a toggle to switch between **monthly** and **annual** billing. Annual plans give you a significant discount -- the equivalent of two months free:

When annual billing is selected, the price display updates to show the monthly equivalent with a note that it's "billed annually."

## Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

To change your plan:

1. Find the plan you'd like to switch to on the plan comparison cards.
2. The button will show **Upgrade** or **Downgrade** depending on whether the new plan is higher or lower than your current one. Your current plan's card is highlighted in green with a "Current Plan" badge.
3. Click the button.
4. For upgrades, you'll be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete the payment. After successful payment, you'll be redirected back to VozAgent with a confirmation message.
5. For downgrades, the change may take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel the checkout process, you'll see a message letting you know you can upgrade anytime.

## Top-Up Calls

If you're running low on calls before your billing period resets, you can purchase additional call credits:

1. Click **Top up calls** on the Calls remaining card.
2. The **Add Credits** dialog will open.
3. Select the number of calls you'd like to add.
4. Complete the purchase through the secure checkout.

Top-up calls have two important benefits:

* **They never expire** -- Unlike your monthly included calls, top-up calls carry over indefinitely until you use them.
* **They're added immediately** -- Your call balance updates as soon as the purchase is complete.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**What happens when I run out of calls?**
Your AI assistant will not be able to handle new calls until your calls reset at the start of the next billing period, or until you top up with additional calls. You'll receive low balance alerts if you have that [notification enabled](/help/settings/notification-preferences).

**Can I change plans in the middle of a billing cycle?**
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing period.

**Do unused calls roll over?**
Included monthly calls reset each billing period and do not roll over. However, top-up calls never expire and carry over until used.

**Who can make billing changes?**
Only users with the Admin or Founder role can manage billing. Standard users will see a note that billing is managed by their organization admin.
